The income tax expense and payments
In the PGC, the income tax expense is broken down into two separate headings, on the one hand, the current tax expense should be recognized in 6300 heading for the cancellation of the deductions and payments, and recognition of liabilities and current tax assets, which form part of permanent differences and, secondly, the deferred tax expense, which must be recognized in 6301 and has matches the recognition and cancellation of liabilities and deferred tax assets and the charge to the income statement of income in the equity of those deductions and other tax benefits which have the nature of deduction. Forms of Pay Flexibility
Flexible means remuneration or letter to that which applies to certain elements within the company, often in nature policy and what is done is to change physical money for products or services offered by the company for personal use. Take the example the purchase of a vehicle, medical insurance, pension plans, training courses, a second home, and so on.
The most notable advantages of this type of option is that, being acquired by the Company’s shares for the application, and therefore a tax closures are lower. It is not the same as an employee, personally, want to buy a car, the company acquired a number of cars and one of them is for the employee, may benefit from improved trading conditions with which the company has benefited .
